Place three large chicken breasts in casserole, cover with water. Add to chicken stock cubes, cover and bake for one hour. Leave in refrigorator in chicken stocck over night. Remove chicken from water and chop.

Whisk together mayonnaise and next three ingredients. Add to chicken mixture, stiring gently until combined
