6 cups frozen grated hash browns thawed and drained
1 pint sour cream
1 medium onion, grated
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddara cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Paprika
Instructions
Stir potatoes, sour cream, onion, 1 cup grated cheese, salt and pepper. Put in a greased 2 quart casserole and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with papricka. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
