Serves 6-8
Prep time: 20 min. (need cooked rice and lentils)
Cook time: 1 hr. 10 min. at 350 deg.
Saute onion, carrot & garlic in 1/4 c. broth or water for 10 min.
Mix with rice, lentils & oats. Mix miso & soy sauce with 2 tbsp.
hot broth or water to dissolve. Add to mixture. Add parsley,
sage & celery seed. Mix until all are combined.
Pack into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hr. or until firm.
Note: Can be formed into 6-8 patties. Bake on lined or greased
baking sheet for 20 minutes on each side.
