Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl mix together oil, cumin and cayenne.

With knife, carefully split each pita in half. Brush one side of each pita half with oil. Then with pizza cutter cut into 8 wedges. Arrange wedges oil side up on 2 un-greased cookie sheets. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

|
Place pans one on each rack in oven for 6 minutes. Switch racks and bake an additional 6 minutes. Cool on wire rack.

|
Store in an air tight container.
