Combine chicken and buttermilk in shallow dish. Cover and chill 1 hour. Remove chicken from buttermilk, discard buttermilk. Toss chicken with flour. Preheat oven 475°. Place greased baking pan in oven to preheat. Whisk egg and egg white till fluffy. Combine last six ingredients together in shallow dish. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then dredge in spice mixture. Place on heated baking pan and lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake 6 minutes or until done.
