working 4 at a time..place 1 tsp. filling in center of wonton skin. Moisten edges with water, fold in half forming tiangle, press edges to seal. Pull bottom corners down & overlap slightly, moisten 1 corner, press to seal.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, arrange on sheet, spray wontons lightly with cooking oil. Bake 12-15 min. Or deep fry until brown
