Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, & cornstarch. Slice flank steak into thin strips and marinate for 15 minutes. Drain and researve marinade.

In a wok on high heat stir-fry beef in vegetable oil and sesame oil for 2 minutes.

|
add snow peas, peppers, scallions, and minced garlic. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
|
|
|
Add reserved marinade. Toss well over medium heat for 2 more minutes.

Serve with rice and also can add brocolli. Or use Chicken instead of beef.
