1 - 28 ounce can solid pack pumpkin
|
|
1/8 tsp vanilla
|
|
1 cup sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp cinnamon
|
|
3 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 large can evaporated milk
|
|
1 package yellow cake mix
|
|
2 sticks of melted butter
|
|
large package of chopped pecans
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix first 6 ingredients until well blended. Pour into a well greased and floured 9x13 pan (can line pan with parchment paper)
|

Top will yellow cake mix, chopped pecans, and pour melted butter all over top
|
|
|
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
|
|
|
Cool, and invert on plate. Refridgerate until ready to serve, let stand at room temperature before slicing.
