Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and whisk until light and creamy.

Sift in the flour. Gently mix.
|
|
|
Pour into tin and smooth over. Bake for 7-10 mins @ 220 degree C
|
|
|
Turn out after 1-2mins on a sugared sheet and smother in jam. Roll and leave to cool.
