3 chili peppers

1 tbsp chopped leek

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 c water

1tbsp sesame oil

Instructions |
|
|
cut tofu into bite-sized squares and set aside.
|
|
|
heat oil and fry gralic, chili peppers, mushrroms and chopped leek stir in tofu, soy sauce and sugar. cover with lid and cook for 10 min
|
|
|
add cornstarch mixture, allowing it to thicken for a few minoutes
|
|
|
turn out into serving dish, sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped leek.
