1 Tbsp. ginger root, minced (can sub dried ginger)
1/3 C. vegetable oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Place salmon in marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours turning the fish occasionally. Grill salmon 3-4 minutes per side
