Combine rice, chicken broth, margoram, and salt in saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 40-45 minutes. Cool.
In a medium bowl, combine avocado, parsley, onion, tomato, lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste with pepper. Gently combine avocado mixture with brown rice.
