In a medium sized bowl, mix the complete mix, water, and 2 eggs. Mix until all of the lumps are out of the batter. Let sit for 2 minutes.

Slice bananas and strawberries into thin slices. Combine these with the blueberries to equal 1/2 cup. Put the blended fruit into the batter and mix until fruit is dispersed evenly.

Blend the remaining fruit into a clean bowl and pour the 1/2 cup or orange juice on top. Let the blended fruit sit for 2 minutes. Preheat maple syrup for 20 seconds in a microwave safe container.

|
Preheat griddle at medium temperature for 2 minutes. Cook pancakes on griddle according to pancake mix directions.

Serve warm with the blended fruit on top, and maple syrup, if desired.
