2 cans crushed pineapple
|

1 stick margarine/butter, melted
|

1/2 cup sugar

4 eggs, beaten

1-2 cups dried bread cubes, not seasoned

Instructions |
|
|
Mix together pineapple, melted butter, sugar and eggs. Add bread cubes. Add enough so that mixture is very moist but not too soupy.
|

Pour into medium size casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
|
|
|
May be served warm or cold.
Add more sugar for a sweeter, dessert like dish.
