1 (14-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 (6-ounce) packages white chocolate squares or white baking bars, chopped
3/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, cook condensed milk and peanut butter just until bubble, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate until smooth. Immediately stir in peanuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Cool. Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
