Pre-heat the oven to 350. Combine all ingredients (except chips) until blended. Stir in chocolate chips just until combined.

On ungreased baking sheets, using slightly rounded teaspoons, drop dough 2 inches apart. (do not flaten)

|
Bake 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and golden. (cookies will be very soft). Let cool slightly (about 5 min.) on pan and then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
