Marinate Chicken overnight in ziplock with Wine.

|
Heat Iron Skillet with oil.
Add Chicken and simmer 10 min, flipping halfway.

Mix Lime-ade, Water, Sugar & Mustard. Add to Chicken and simmer for 20 min, flipping halfway.
Remove a 1/4 C of sauce.
Remove Chicken.

Stir Flour into removed sauce untill smooth.
Gradually add to sauce in pan while stirring. Simmer while stirring for 3 Min. Return Chicken to pan and heat for 5 min, stirring occasionally.

Serve with Sauce poured over top of Chicken and Rice or Noodles.
