Mix together condensed milk and melted chocolate. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with pecans.
Beat together pudding mix and milk, until wel blended, spoon 1/2 of the pudding over the pecans. Stir 1/2 of the Coll Whip into the remaining pudding and spread over the pudding layer. Top with Remaining cool Whip.
Refrigerate for at least three hours until set.
