Rinse asparagus in cold water and cut stems.

Wrap each spear with a slice of Prosciutto
|
|
|
Mix lemon juice and olive oil. Brush Asparagus spear with the lemon juice and oil.

Cook 1 of 2 ways,
In oven under broiler for about 10 minutes. Turning half way through. Also can be cooked on the grill.
