In a large stock pot add whole chicken, quartered onion, salt, pepper & whole garlic cloves. Boil for about an hour, or until chicken falls off the bone.
De-bone chicken & chop. Strain broth & reserve in the same large pot.
Add all veggies & boullion cubes. Simmer until veggies are slightly tender, then add egg noodles chicken & parsley. Soup is on when the noodles become tender.
