1 package pasta eggroll wraps or ready bake lasagne noodles
2 jars of your favorite chunky tomato pasta sauce
1/2 lb browned gound beef
1 package pepperoni, diced
1/2 lb browned ground italian sausage
lots of mozzarella cheese
1 pint ricotta cheese
1 egg
Dash dried basil, salt, pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl combine ricotta, egg, basil, salt & pepper and mix well.
In a large lightly greased baking pan layer noodles, ricotta, sauce, meats & mozzarella as desired.
Finish the top with extra sauce, mozzarella and a sprinkling of basil. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake on 400 for about an hour or until bubbly and delicious.
