Preheat over to 175 degrees.
Large saucepan or double boiler method, melt butter.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder.
Frosting:
Combine ingredients for frosting together and frost brownies
whilst warm.
Serve with vanilla ice-cream or plainly. Bon Appetit!
