2 lemons, sliced into 8 slices each (squeezed), or 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teeaspoon pepper
Instructions
Saute onions in butter or margarine over low heat until onions are soft. Add all other ingredients; simmer over very low heat about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: if lemon slices are used, remove before using sauce. Sauce can be frozen for later use.
