Cook paste according to box. Let cool. In large bowl, stir together ricotta, mozarella, 2 tbs parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pasta tubes. Preheat oven to 375. Spread some spaghetti sauce on bottom of baking dish. Arrange stuffed pasta in pan. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and bake 35 minutes.
