Microwave Parkay in 4 quart bowl until melted. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Mix well. microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Stir well. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir well. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, and vanilla. Mix well. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan to cool. Cup into squares.
