|
Combine egg, salt and milk. Add enough flour to make stiff dough.

Roll very thin on floured board or counter top.
|
|
|
Let stand 20 to 60 minutes. Cut up into squares and spread out to dry for 2 hours.
|
|
|
Drop into boiling broth or gravy, or salt water.
|
