Cook pasta according to directions. In bowl, stir together chicken or turkey, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and next six ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and remaining cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Other options- Chop large 1 sweet onion, melt 2 tbl. butter, saute onion for 20 minutes. Stir in 1 tbl. balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper. Add to dish before baking.
