Crush graham crackers; mix with butter. Press mixture in springform pan. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla; mix until creamy. Pour into crust. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until set. Let cool; combine sour cream and 5 Tablespoons sugar; beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese filling. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Let cool. Drain strawberries; reserve juice. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, and reserved juice in saucepan; cook until thick, stirring constantly. let cool. Stir in strawberries; spread over cheesecake. Chill until ready to serve.
