Mix well- cocoa, flour, sugar, and salt. Add dry ingredients to milk. Cook and stir until it starts to boil and thicken. Beat yolks and add 3 Tablespoons hot mixture slowly before adding yolk mixture back to pudding. Cook until thickened. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, then add 1/4 cup sugar slowly while beating. Pour on pie and brown in 425 degree oven.
