Mix together in a large bowl the first 4 ingredients and mix well.
|

|
Stir in flour and mix well
|
|
|
Knead on table until dough is smooth. Shape dough into pretzels or any other desired shape.

|
Brush with egg, sprinkle with salt and bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until browned
