1 1/2 lb halibut fillet

1/4 tsp black pepper
|

1 container (10 1/2 oz) refrigerated bruschetta

1/4 cup pitted, halved kalamata olives

1 tbs lemon juice

1 tbs nonpareil capers

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 425F. Coat a large baking dish with nonstick spray. Cut the fish in four.

Place fish in baking dish; sprinkle with pepper. Stir bruschetta, olives, lemon juice, and capers in a small bowl. Evenly smooth moxture over fish.

|
Bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until fish is cooked all the way through.
