3 large granny smith apples cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup green onions
1 cup chopped walnuts
romaine lettuce
Instructions
Mix cranberries with sugar and refrigerate overnight.
Mix lime, mustard, oil, apples, onions, and nuts. Marinate in
refrigerator for 1-4 hours. Line platter with lettuce leaves. Make a
wreath with apple mix. Put cranberries in the center.
