Heat oil. Add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Add ginger,coriander,chili powder,garlic, and salt. Fry this 10 minutes. Stirring every 2 minutes.
Fry both sides of chicken in this masala until brown. Add spinach, cover pan and leave on gentle heat for 25 minutes.
When water has been absorbed, add the milk and cook for 5 more minutes.
