Brown sliced onions in oil. As golden brown, add chicken and fry it on medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, red chili powder, salt,corriander powder, and yogurt. Cook. Add chilies.
Fry until oil comes to the surface.Then add 3 glasses of water and put on medium heat. After 5-7 minutes put on low to medium heat. Put a tsp of garam masala sprinkled on top and cilantro leaves. Turn off heat.
Garam Masala-
1 Tbsp black pepper,1 Tbsp cumin seeds, 1/2 Tbsp cardamom, 3 large cinnamon sticks, 1/4 Tbsp cloves.
