Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the crisco. Mix it together with your hands. gradually add the water until the flour has good form and is not sticky. Make balls out of the dough approximately an inch wide.
Using a rolling pin,roll twice and flip. Repeat on the opposite side. Do this until it is very thin. Place on a sheet of metal (preferably an old cookie sheet) over medium heat on the stove.
Watch carefully to turn. Refrain them from forming air bubbles.
