2 tbsp unsalted butter, diced plus extra for greesing
2 tbsp instant oatmeal
3 tbsp sugar
Optional, add 1 tbsp finely chopped nuts and 1 tbsp very finely chopped dates to crumble mixture
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 F/180 CArrange peach halves in bottom of small lightly greased oven proof dish
Combine Flour and butter, rub with fingers until coarse bread crumbs form. Stir in Oatmeal and sugar and mix well. Sprinkle Generously over peach halves.
Bake for 25 -30 minutes or until peaches are tender and crumble is crisp and golden
