Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl,stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk and let stand for 2-3minutes. Add the honey and egg whites and beat well. Stir in apple sauce and banana.

|
Add flour mixture to cereal mixture and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.
|
|
|
Spray muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
