Filling- Combine berries, preserves, cornstarch, lemon zest, and juice in large bowl until evenly mixed; spoon into 2-qt, 8-in. square baking dish.
Crumbs- Knead cookie dough and oats just until combined, break into pieces over fruit and sprinkle into pieces over fruit and sprinkle with pecans. Bake 35-40 min, until crumbs are browned and fruit is bubbling (cover with foil if top is getting too brown). Serve hot or at room temp.
