4 salmon fillets (4oz each), boneless

|
0.25 tsp salt
|
|
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, minced
|
|
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
|
|
4 tbsp Italian seasonings
|
|
8 cloves garlic, minced
|
|
0.25 c olive oil
|
|
soaked grilling planks
|

Instructions |

|
Salt salmon lightly. Mix Italian seasoning, tomatoes, garlic, lemon pepper, and olive oil in bowl.

Cut slashes in salmon, place on plank. Spread half of garlic mixture on fillets. Set plank on grill.
|
|
|
Grill for 10 minutes, spread remaining mixture on fillets.
|
|
|
Grill another 15 minutes or until internal temp is 140.
