Brown the pork in butter then take out of pot
|

On very low heat caramelize onions (can add more butter). Add leek and parsnip and continue to saute over low heat for 3-5 minutes stirring now and then.

Add lentils, stir, and leave for a few minutes.
|
|
|
Add chicken stock, pork, and salt. Boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
