1 lb boneless, skinless chicken, chopped into bite sized pieces
2 T butter
1/2 C hot sauce, or 1/4 honey and 1/4 barbeque
4 flatbread rounds
3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
3/4 C shredded chesse
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450F............... Place a large skillet over med/high heat w/2 T EVOO. Season chicken and cook through, 4-5 min.......................... Reduce heat to med, add butter. Add sauce and cook until thickened, 2-3 min................... Place flatbread on baking sheet and divide chicken equally. Scatter celery over chicken and top w/cheese. Bake about 5 min.
