Mix the dry stuffing mix with 1 C chicken broth. Add rice, onion, chicken and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
(For rice, place 1/2 C uncooked rice in pan with
1-1 1/2 C water. Cook until done.
Place in a well-greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for about 30-35 min. Let rest 10 min. before serving.
Mix 1/4 C milk, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 C sour cream in a sauce pan. Cook, over low heat, until boiling, stirring the entire time. Serve, on the side, with the casserole.
