Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Scrub potatoes, dry, then rub skins lightly with some of the butter.
Bake the potatoes for 45 min. - 1 hr.
Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out potato leaving a shell 1/8 in. thick.
Brush insides of potato skins with melted butter.
Bake potato skins in 400 degree oven until crisp (18-20 min)
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon
Serve with sour cream on side
