Place eggs in a single layer in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a hard boil, and boil for 8 minutes.
Remove pot from heat and allow to cool (10 minutes).
Run eggs in cold water until completely cooled.
Remove egg shells under running water.
Cut eggs in half length-wise and remove yolks.

Mash yolks in a small mixing bowl.
Add 6 Tablespoons of Sweet Relish.

|
Add 3 Tablespoons of Mayonaise, and 1 Tablespoon of Mustard.
Add 1 teaspoon of celery seed, if desired.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

|
Put mixture into a sandwich bag, remove air, and seal. Cut a corner off of the bag, and use this as your piping bag.
Pipe the mixture into the egg halves.
Sprinkle paprika to taste, if desired.
