Grease pie plate. Place all ingredients (except last three) in blender. Blend on high, stopping blender occasionally to stir, until smooth (about 3 minutes). Pour into plate. Bake just until puffed and center is dry, about 30 minutes). Do not over bake.
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread Cheesecake topping carefully over top. Chill bout 3 hours. Serve with fruit.
