1 tblsp. olive oil
|
|
1/2 lb. stew beef, ,cubed
|

1 can peeled tomatoes
|
|
1 envelope onion soup mix
|
|
3 c. water
|
|
1 med. onion, cubed
|
|
1 stalk celery, chopped
|
|
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
|
|
1 c. green beans
|
|
|
|
1 can chick peas
|
|
1/2 c. sliced zucchini
|
|
1/2 c. macaroni
|
|
1/4 tsp. basil
|
|
1/4 tsp. oregano
|
|
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
In large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef.
Once browned, add onion mix, garlic, tomatoes and water.
|

Simmer for 30 min.
|
|
|
Add onions, carrots, celery and green beans.
|
|
|
Simmer uncovered for 30 min.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until pasta is cooked.
