Mix espresso coffee (cooled) and amaretto in bowl and quickly dip ladyfingers one at a time and lay side by side in pan.

|
Beat whipping cream until stiff.
In another bowl, mix cheese, sugar and egg yolks until creamy.
Combine with cream and fold together until well mixed.

|
|
Layer 1/2 of the mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
dip another layer of ladyfingers in amaretto/espresso mix and place in between ladyfingers on bottom row.
|
|
|
Top with remaining 1/2 of cheese mixture.
Mix cocoa and sugar together and sprinkle on top of dessert.
