2 Tablespoons Chipped Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 Teaspoons Molasses
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Salt
Instructions
Preheat grill or broiler
Wisk together juice, chipotle peppers, vinegar and mustard in small bowl.
Season chicken with salt and grill or broil for 2 minutes, turn and brush with glaze, cook 4 minutes, turn again and brush with glaze, cook 4 minutes, keep turning and brushing until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
