Combine first 9 ingredients and mix well. Shape into 24, one inch balls. Set aside. Coat a large
non-stick skillet with spray. Add 1 Tbsp margarine and place over medium heat until margarine is
melted. Add meatballs and cook until browned, approx. 8 minutes, turning frequently.

Wipe drippings from pan with paper towel. Place flour in skillet. Slowly add beef broth, stirring
with a wire whisk until blended. Mushrooms can be added at this point. Cook over medium heat
for 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Return meatballs to skillet and cook for 3 minutes
more or until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice or noodles.
