18 oz package refrigerared brownie dough
|

2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, use hands to mix dough with one cup coconut. Place remaining coconut on shallow plate.

Roll dough into small balls, about 1 tbsp each. Roll each ball in coconut. Place cookies about 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.

|
|
Bake 15 minutes. When cookies are set, remove from oven. Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet then remove to a rack to finish cooling.
